Scalp / Derma Rollers Good or Bad

Hi there,
I'm just wanted to find out is it ok to use the scalp / derma roller. I'm currently using the derma rollers once a day on the forntal hairs after i shower. then apply my minox. Does the scalp rollers damage my hair or will it help. Help will be greatly appeciated.

I too am interested in knowing about whether derma rollers are of any benefit.

My Dermatologist said it is a waste of money and surprised it was FDA approved. I tried it anyway for about 8 months. No hair growth.

hi i think the scalp roller combined with wound healing folligen and minox is a good treatment iam on it and its good,plus proscar.

I used it with Folligen and Spectral DNC-L. No luck at all. What kind of results did you get Doke?

Not too bad i used it with maxogain which seemed to also seemed to heal and made scalp feel good,i do find it a bit painful on frontal bald part.
