    Default how to hydrated scalp?

    Hello Dear Friends..
    I need a quick help..reading this forum I have learned about it

    how to hydrate my scalp?
    I am using Krikland minox 5% at night & ROgein Foam at Morning

    - wash head with hot water ? but this is not good
    - after shower place a hot towel on forntal head ?

    what is the best way to do it ?


    I am confused...

    pls advice
