    Lightbulb The BIG 4

    Hi there,

I'm currently using Spironolactone , Minoxidil and Propecia. Can i add Nizoral shampoo to this treatment. I was thinking of using the nizoral twice a week.
Can i use them all together .

Thats a pretty solid reg - dont overkill it. Nizoral is ok to use but i would recommend only 1 x a week / fortnight. Less is more

Does that Spiro S5 cream actually work in your opinion Spex? I've given finasteride a go and it's not for me so I'm stuck with just minoxidil and using nizoral.

Hi there, you know what i have never used it as never felt the need however i have come across many who have and have spoken highly about it so therefore i think it could well be worth a try for some people.

Remember we all respond differently to meds.

    Hope this helps.

I understand the urge to throw absolutely everything there is to throw at hairloss, but considering your regimen already contains such big-hitters, Nizoral might not be of much benefit.

IMO it's more of a 'Big 2 1/2' than a 'Big 3'. Nizoral being the half.

I agree with Spex, if you're going to use the Niz, don't overdo it. Keep usage to no more than once per week.
