    很多人都處於失眠的生活中, 長期的失眠 會導致生活受困和影響身體的健康,而且絕大部分人都存在濫用安眠藥,這個是不好的習慣,因為安眠藥有一定的 副作用和依賴性,長期服用會形成藥物依賴,任何安眠藥的服用必須是在醫師的指導下進行,然而安眠藥並不是治 癒失眠症的藥物,而是緩解失眠症的藥物,最終還是要通過配合醫師找到失眠症的病因,然後對症治療才會治癒失 眠症。
