Topical anti-androgens

Does anyone have experience with applying anti-androgens topically?

I've read about people mixing dutasteride with minoxidil and applying it topically.
I'm also thinking on using dutasteride topically, but without the minox.
One of the problems would be on how to mix the dutasteride (gel capsules from avodart) with some vessel.
Can I use water? Can I use alcohol? Can I mix it with aloe vera gel? What are the correct quantities?
