Yeah I'd agree with that. I doubt we'll be any the wiser after the second part of the Gho interview so we really have to wait for Dr. Bernstein to pitch in on this issue of longitudinal transection of a follicle for multiplication as he is investigating this in trials.

A phone in between Bernstein, Cole and Feller on these techniques and their viability would be fascinating.

    Ghos technique is longitudinal transection.

Dr. Coles minimal depth extraction is horizontal transection.

    Do i have this right?

    Thanks Spencer for this interview.
And I agree an interview with Bernstein or Cole would be nice.

Correct. Horizontal transection has been poor in the past for donor regeneration (Gho also attempted this) but I believe Dr. Cole was not actively trying to multiply hair but rather trying to ensure his extractions were as minimally invasive and clean as possible to facilitate better healing. I might be wrong on that but I think he wasn't going for transection but just deep enough to get the intact follicle and not excessive tissue. Maybe CIT Girl can better inform us.

It would be fantastic if Dr. Bernstein had any news on his studies. He really is the leader in the field.
