Are hasson and wong more expensive compared to other HT surgeons?

I know that they are to be considered among the best HT surgeons out there, but obvs with quiality comes price. Are they pretty much within the same price range of other HT surgeons?

i'm not 100% sure, but i do think they may be a bit more expensive than mediocre surgeons...
