Default The total opposite of the Holy Grail treatment

I was reading the paper at lunch today and saw an article for a serum which reduces hair. Apparently it puts hair into the resting phase.

The longer the follicle is kept in a resting stage, the less hair will grow, so the more the serum is used the weaker and less dense hair becomes.

It sounds like it might cause miniaturization.

As someone with an excess of body hair (I'm sure someone is pumping 15% Rogaine into my shower appliance) it caught my interest, but the obvious worry is that it could have a systemic effect that could harm scalp hair. Obviously that risk would be unacceptable to any user, but I have to wonder if those experiencing hairloss are at risk where others are not.

So they can make a product to eliminate our hairy problems, but can't make a product to eliminate our hair problem.
