I think Iron_Man has a valid point re the "markman hearing" - basically for Histogen; they're "not out of the woods just yet" - they still need a final hearing.
With this result, Histogen has prevailed on the key claim interpretation relevant to the lawsuit filed by SkinMedica. This important ruling 'should' lead to the trial court’s dismissal of the patent infringement allegations against Histogen.

But I still can't get my head around his support for Gho, Gho has been nothing but an utter let-down for best part of the last decade and more.
One thing is for sure, SkinMedica have seriously held up any progress for HSC, if anyone is to blame for the year long hold-up it's them.

@Patiently: I still say probably at least 5 years. Just from what I've read. I think by then Dr. Cole will have reached over 54% donor regrowth and have really changed things. Like I believe you and I were saying, with around 70% or more donor regrowth that's damn near a cure
