I havn't even seen it, but are there any official controlled studies?
If not then it is 100% a scam.
Every single company that cannot provide an official controlled study is a scam, I have followed this rule over the years and it has worked 100% of the time.
Any by official I mean OFFICIAL, not "CyGenX Official".
