has anyone tried this as a tactic to stop/reverse balding?

i have ordered fenugreek capsules which you swallow pressumably. not the seeds for tea or folligro (the product). it didnt say it was for hair loss, but it is the same ingredient. so it couldnt do any harm?!

you can get it as a tea which the guy who invented folligro was drinking for something else and accidently seen his bald head grow hair.

any thought or experience on this substance?
