This early 30s man complained of frontotemporal recession worse on the right side and had a family history suggesting that he'll later lose crown hair. Last May we did a mid sized case and he had great hair to work with. Its that thick curly mediteranean hair that matches his skin color. Despite living fairly close, he never showed up until 1 year out when he called to ask if I could take some pictures.
He and I are both pleased with the results, and I suspect we'll do some crown work down the road. These pictures are at 364 days postop.
