How come you didn't have to shave your head? I thought Feller always insisted on shaving the recipient area.

This surgery was with Dr Lindsey, Not Dr Feller. Both recommend shaving down.

The reason we didnt shave down was due to my personal request and given the relatively small area.

In retrospect i wish i had just shaved the area as i experienced pretty meaty shockloss. Dr Lindsey did inform me this would potentially happen.

Shockloss has now nearly all returned after 3.5 months.

I have one question for you, so you have never had any loss on the top or the crown?
And do you think this was due to the meds (Proscar I think) you took?
How long were you on them?

110% I have regrown and maintained my mid/crown region via taking Finasteride 1mg for the last 12 years.

I owe a great deal to Finasteride and think its a fantastic weapon against DHT, THE BEST weapon against DHT in actual fact.
