Scalp Massages for Pre-Op Hair transplant protocol

Before getting a Hair Transplant I was advised by the surgeon to do scalp massages for a couple months pre-surgery. I tried doing them but it's a pain on my hands for more than 2 minutes at a time. Any recommendations on scalp massagers or where to find? I'm looking through Amazon for starters


I see a lot of info post transplants but I don't know if there is much to pre ops.
