Rupi, I completely understand you not wanting to be a bald guy. None of us likes it. If your goal is to try to maintain a youthful appearance until your 40s, I completely understand that.
I think the issue is not whether the transplanted hairs would continue to grow; the issue is having to get more procedures in the future because of continued hair loss. Even if your transplanted hair continues to grow, you may have to get more work done.
Life is short and you're only young once. I think a transplant is worth it if the results are good. Sometimes you have to take risks in life in order to get to where you want to be. If you can preserve your youth until your 40s, why not? Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of a good result - but if you go to a reputable doctor, the chances are better.
