Question: Multiple FU grafts into the hairline?

Is it ever acceptable to put multiple grafts into the hairline? If so, why?

I always see warnings on the HTN about transplanting multiple grafts into hairlines, however, I also know of instances that it is done. Usually, it's when someone is referring to shoddy work by an HT physician.

So when is it acceptable to incorporate multiple grafts into the hairline?

The general rule would be almost never, but in light haired and light skinned people it might work to add a little more density without looking noticeably unnatural.
