Dr. Panine/Chicago/2,085 grafts
Patient is 25 year old gentleman who had a norwood class 3 pattern hair loss prior to his surgery. He had 2,085 grafts. Taking his age and family hairloss into consideration both us and the patient agreed on a conservative hairline for him. Patient is on Rogaine but does not want to take Propecia. We also agreed on not getting aggressive and trying to remove to large a strip since the patient likes to keep his hair very short. As can be seen in his post-op pictures the donor scar in undectable with his hair very short. We did a tricophytic closure in the donor area. Patient is also able wear his hair spiked up now which he was unable to do prior to his hair transplant.
