28 year with a class 3 hair loss was unhappy because he was unable to have a longer hair style because thinning was more noticable. We put patient on propecia to try and stop further hair loss and did 3,047 grafts to augment hairline and density to frontal 1/2. Post op pictures are one year after surgery.
