We offer a full-service emergency room without the waiting of an ER in a traditional hospital. Our team of care comprises Board Certified Physicians, Registered Nurses, and a group of professionals in the field of medical technology. Care Plus Emergency Room offers a wide array of services on-site such as CT Scan, X-Ray Ultrasound, Laboratory, and Pharmacy that are available to our patients of all ages, including children and adults. As a free-standing emergency room, We can test our patients against COVID-19. But, if you're not experiencing a medical emergency, we suggest you visit the Testing center. To find a testing center, dial 2-1-1 from your mobile and choose option six or go to texas.gov/covid19.

Do not ask for COVID testing for clearance from work and travel clearances or day-care clearance, or "re-test" to see if you're negative after having tested positive earlier. In the free-standing Emergency Room, every patient at Care Plus ER receives an emergency exam. It is important to note that there will be an associated fee for the facility, a physician's price for the medical services given to the patient, and any tests or other services offered.

For free American Heart Association CPR Classes every month! Classes are offered at the Care Plus Emergency Room from 11 am - 1 pm and cover instruction on administering CPR for adults and children.
