Can anyone share info on shampos etc that are helpful in maintaining or possibly promoting hair growth.

I'm not so sure if the products I will mention will definitely promote hair growth in no time but still worth trying. I'll be recommending 3 hair shampoo products please see below:

1.)Pura D’or Organic Argan Oil Anti Hair Loss Shampoo
2.)Revivogen Bio-Cleansing Shampoo For Fine And Thinning Hair
3.)Sebamed Anti-Hair loss Shampoo

In my honest opinion, there are only two shampoos that help stop hair shedding.

1) Pura D'or Organic Shampoo
2) PhytoWorx Organic Hair Loss Shampoo

Both are good options but don't expect to have any hair growth.
