Need a New Routine

Okay, so I'm 25 years-old and I've been, noticeably, losing hair for three/four years or so. It wasn't really a problem until recently, as I feel like I'm starting to lose a lot of hair in my crown area. I've tried both Propecia and Rogaine to little effect although the latter does admittedly seem to make the front of my hair look fuller(I spread it around).

I recently filled a prescription for Avodart and I'm wondering what other treatments I should look into? I was seriously thinking about a shampoo, particularity, Nizoral. Any suggestions/imput/advice would be greatly appreciated.
