Hair transplant help!

Hi, I havent been on here for a while, I started using regaine and proscar after taking advice from this forum and its been working well. Ive been using it for well over a year now. I could see i was starting to lose the whole of the top but since using these im pretty sure its stopped it. Im now considering a transplant but don't know where to start. Are there any surgeons in the UK that are recommended? I'm not going into this at a spare of the moment thing, Im willing to travel to have it done and would like any recomendations so i could contact them with pictures etc and just get some general advice.

There are only two IAHRS doctors in the UK, Dr. Bessam Farjo and Dr. Craig Ziering. Dr. Farjo is probably the best full time UK hair transplant doctor and Dr. Ziering is based in California, USA, but is some how affiliated with a UK clinic.
