Native vs Transplanted hair

I am at almost 7 weeks post op, 1600 grafts (strip). I am seeing alot of hair growing on my hairline and some on the top of my head, its about 1/2"-1" long, the rest of the hair on my head is about 6", so these small hairs are new. Could this be my native hair growing back from shockloss? Or could it be the transplanted hair growing already? How can I tell if its transplanted or native hair? I have been on finasteride for almost 8 weeks.
