This gentleman returned 11 months following 2484 grafts which included 200 double follicular unit grafts. His rather strong curly hair with a longer hairstyle enhances the hair mass that one procedure achieved. His modest amount of balding relative to his age and his having no interest in short hair styles make him an excellent candidate for double follicular unit grafts.

The effect of the chemicals that the hair follicles secrete for growth are appearing to spread further afield to neighboring follicles. (Notice the range of effect of PRP and ACell.) This may explain why some of us think we see stronger hair mass resulting from the use of double follicular unit grafts.
