Thread: Topical 5% minoxidil + 0.5% Finasteride once a day?

Hello,

I was prescribed:

• 1mg oral Finasteride once aday.
• topical 5% minoxidil + 0.5% Finasteride to apply once a day.

I saw that the general recommendation is to apply 5% minoxidil twice a day so I wonder if I should get additional 5% minoxidil to apply in the evening (making it so my scalp gets minoxidil twice a day).

Also, should I stop lifting weights? I saw some say it can accelerate MPB
