    Default Someone Help? (pics)

Hello, I am a 20 y/o male. Half Mexican and half white, seemingly I inherited the Latino hair. It is very rough and coarse and I've had a widow's peak since I was a kid. I haven't noticed any thinning, and nothing is falling out in the shower or anything. I can't even pull it out if I wanted to, really. I usually get buzz cuts, so for about 6 years now it has always been extremely short. I get it cut a lot because it grows back really fast and thick. These are pics of me a week or two after getting it cut.

My father went bald early, but everyone else in my family have always had hair. Especially on my Latino side, their hair is extremely coarse and many of them have gone old and died with full heads of hair.

I asked my hairdresser about it and she said not to worry and that it was just my hairline. But I've become pretty obsessed over this, it's kind of cutting into my everyday life.

I should tell you this before, however. I have dysmorphia. That means I can't see myself for what I really look like and I struggle with my appearance. I've been TERRIFIED lately that I've been going bald. I can't really say what began this in me, but every time I look in the mirror now I see someone who is balding. Perhaps you all can help me? I'm not trying to disrespect anyone who might be having serious problems, but this is my anxiety/disease talking. So yeah, telling me I'm going bald may trigger some SERIOUS anxiety problems with me... but I have to know I guess. Especially since if it's not that bad, I should probably focus on my dysmorphia and work on that before buying some Rogain... thank you all for your help.

No one on any hair loss forum can tell for sure if you are losing your hair from those pictures but it doesn't look like it to me.
The most anyone could say is that you have a maturing hairline. Which most men get in their early 20s. (it is not considered balding) if you are really concerned find a doctor who can do a hair miniaturization test. It will help gauge hair loss if in in fact you actually have any.
Be careful because a lot of guys posting on hair loss forums are so obsessed with hair loss that they will tell someone like you who does not appear to have any loss to start meds right away. Sadly they aren't doctors and they are only experts on their own hair loss not anybody else.

Your hairline looks solid and like it hasn't changed from where it was in the last photo. (I'm sort of assuming the last photo is an older one for reference.)

Thank you both so much for your honest replies. Under intense light, I kind of see my temples thinning out a bit. I can't really trust my eyes anymore though. Is this normal for a maturing hairline? And will I notice if my hair is falling out?

Thank you, that does make me feel a bit better. I've been worried nonstop about this, it's driving me crazy.

Here is a pic of my hairline under an intense light (I'm standing under a fluorescent bathroom light and my camera has flash) just to show what I'm worried about with my temples.
