Washing my hair

I use Regenepure DR shampoo to wash my hair. It does not contain any SLS. It contains Ketoconazole as well as Saw Palmetto and other natural ingredients.

I have fairly long hair (about shoulder length). My hair looks incredibly dry and frizzy unless I use a conditioner. I use Pantene Conditioner. Is this going to harm my hair at all? I tried using combo's of Regenepure DR and NT (NT then DR and DR then NT), but neither leave my hair incredibly smooth like a traditional conditioner.

The Pantene conditioner doesn't include SLS. Is it safe to use this conditioner? I don't want anything to be detrimental to trying to save my hair.
