Shapewear/waist trainer?
Hey y’all! Okay so I’m a plus size bride to be in November of this year, and even though my dress fits me wonderfully, I still want to have some extra undergarments to help hold the.. jiggle in lol prowaist. My dress is off the shoulder and has a slit up the skirt area, so I don’t want it to be seen on my leg or up my shoulders. Any recommendations for any strapless waist trainers or shapewear?

Workouts and fewer carbs can help. But remember, it's not about being a certain size. It's about feeling good in your own skin.

I know the feeling of wanting to feel confident and secure on your big day. I used to feel the same way and did not want to even throw a wedding because of my size. But, girl, let me tell you, a healthy diet and consistent workouts have made such a positive difference in my confidence and overall health. For your shapewear needs, I highly recommend checking out Podaima Performance (https://www.podaimaperformance.com/). They have a variety of strapless waist trainers and shapewear options that are comfortable, supportive, and will keep you feeling confident all day long.

Hey guys, I'm in search of advice on achieving and maintaining my desired body shape. Can this firm shapewear be effective in providing long-term results, or should I consider alternatives like a waist trainer? I'm torn between options and would love to hear your experiences and recommendations. Does firm shapewear offer the support needed for day-to-day wear, or is a waist trainer a better fit for targeted results?
