I read a study which claims PRP concentration varies greatly by machine (https://rapm.bmj.com/content/44/6/652).
The study found that the Emcyte-brand machine yields the highest concentration. I asked doctor's office staff why they don't use the Emcyte machine or similar. The staff claimed that concentration produced by the machine does not really matter, because their practice is able to concentrate it further after the machine is done with it.
Is this true?
