This Gentleman had a significant degree of hair loss at the crown area. Dr. Sean Behnam performed over 2500 grafts on the crown area. Please notice the naturalness and the density. He starts off by making the cowlick in the appropriate direction. The grafts are then placed. The grafts with 2 hairs and 3 hairs are placed in alternating fashion in order to give adequate graft survivability. Worked performed by Dr. Sean Behnam.

Dr. Sean Behnam performs all the extractions himself.
