Is mebendazole for human cancer?

Hi Guys, I'm working on my thesis paper about the medicines that are beneficial for humans in different diseases like cancer, stomach issues and all other diseases that've impacts on human being. During my research work, I came to know about mebendazole and it was shocking for me that it's considered good for treatments and it has anti-cancerous effects.

As it's a health related forum, so I will request experts to answer my query that what's the major role of mebendazole for human cancer? Can you highlight the main points?
