Pyrilutamide: blood tests?
I am looking to try pyrilutamide.
Has anyone here tried it and compared it to topical (non-shampoo) ketoconazole? (both as I understand have a similar method of action, blocking androgen receptors instead of production of DHT).
Would it make any sense to have blood tests done before and into the treatment? Since this doesn't prevent the production of DHT, there is no specific test I can think of?

Pyrilutamide works very well and I felt no side effects. Ketoconazole cream caused me to have pruritus and inflammation but it did not seem to stop or reverse AGA hair loss for me.
