Losing more & more frontal hair (age 21)

I started receeding at age 19 and now at 21 my hair is getting so much worse, at my temples, and my sides are getting more thin.

What can i do to slow/stop the process or if there is any way of getting some of my hair back. It is making me really self-conscious and now its got worse just this week i dont know what to do.

I have tried some hair products like alpecin shampoo and nizoral, but neither did anything.

I dont sleep very well nor do i have a healthy diet/lifestyle. Please can anyone recommend anything which will help me all im thinking is that it is just going to get worse. Thanks.
