Balding at 15

I have always had a giant bald spot for about 4 years now. It was at the back of my head so it didn't worry me much and my hair was long enough to cover it. But now I am starting lose hair in the front and my scalp is basically filled with bald spots. Not the alopecia kind of bald sports but more having less density in area where the scalp is actually very much visible. Balding itself is very stressful to any man but balding this early has taking a great toll on my mental health. I am currently on the 3rd month of minoxidil and honestly, I don't see much progression. I just wish I could get my hair problem fixed. :C
