Your frontal hairline looks to be in good shape. I'd just drop some 2% minoxodil (Rogaine) on the thin spot at the rear of your crown once a day.

i would agree. your front and mid scalp areas look fine. you seem to be thinning a little in the crown. for that i would recommend rogaine or any other minoxidal topical treatment.

i would start with minoxidil because it has been proven effective in the crown and does not have severe side effects. i would not start finasteride at this time until seeing some minoxidil results.
