Dutestaride and Propecia

Is there any downside in taking a Dutestaride and a Propecia every day? I starting doing it a few months back. I was feeling that the propecia I was taking alone was not doing the job any more.

Also, how can I buy medication and know it is the real thing, and not a rip-off generic with lesser or no active ingredient? I live in Asia, and you can buy anything at a pharmacy here, but I am concerned about buying fake medicine.

Idk alot about this but don't you think you might see some side effects taking both dutasteride and finasteride everyday?
