    That is a sponsored piece rather than a news article, and "£44.99 a month" is a massively overinflated price imo. But if you can afford it, I hear they provide a good service.

    From what I remember I think they just provide branded Propecia. For that price I would expect rogaine foam and nizoral thrown in too!
    Their website is pretty vague about what they actually supply which doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
