19 and receeding hairline

Everyday I do wash my hair and see a few strings of hair and i do have a receeding hairline. Tbh i hope my hair stays the way it is for years because i dont mind it atm but i hate the idea of going bald, my dad was bald and so was his dad. but im concentrating on doing positive things i.e. intellectual stimulation and lots of physical exercise to help what i can help but i really don't know the next step. im from the uk btw i just feel like im on and a clock thats running out before im bald and i need some help :/
