appointment with endocrinologist: what hormones should I ask for screening?

Hello, I initially found this forum when I googled for Histogen and found that really nice interview. I've browsed this forum a couple of times since then.
But now I need a little input for the forum experts here.


So I decided to go to an endocrinologist and my appointment was set to earlier than I expected... tomorrow. I'd like to know which hormones I should require screening regarding hair loss (I'm not very fond of the "trust your doctor" as sometimes things tend to slip away). And while I'm at it, I'm also going to ask for screening on libido/sex related hormones as well (things just aren't as they were 5 years ago).

I know of a couple of hormones that affect hair loss: testosterone, DHT, stress
Libido and sex related: ???

But I'm sure there are several more. Can anyone chime in anything else?
