I'm a NW2 maybe 2.5 with a very fine hair caliber and I'm contemplating a small transplant to fill in the areas I've lost around the hairline and temples. Only issue is that outside of my problem areas I have full density and no visible signs of thinning. A trichoscope revealed that I had a density of 94 grafts per square cm in my frontal tuft area, most being full terminal hairs. With the maximum capacity of transplanted grafts being around 50-60 per square cm, my worry is that the transplanted areas will stand out and appear noticeably less dense than the surrounding areas, especially with my fine, skinny hair. Is this a valid concern or would it likely be cosmetically insignificant?
