    best reccomended shampoo?

what are the best shampoos to use? i get really flaky hair so im using head and shoulders for sensitive scalp for about a week. its been working good but then someone told me that it makes ur hair shed. i was thinkin of using nizoral but that should be used only 2-3 times a week apparently.

whats the best everyday type of shampoo to use in ur opinion?

Give Nizoral a try, it has done wonders for my hair, which has a tendency to go horribly oily after a day. I use it every day without any problems.
Some people find it too harsh though, and can't use it.

I recommend and personally use Neutrogena T gel shampoo. For me and many of my patients it solves the itchies. It has tar in it, so it smells like tar. Were I single and dating...I'd use a conditioner after the shampoo that smelled good. As an old married guy, I skip that.

            Hair Cycle Shampoo

I recently had the same question as you. I clip my hair very short- 1a at the barber so I really just wanted a shampoo that would be healthy for my scalp and wouldn't cause any damage to my existing hair. I've been on the hair cycle shampoo for a couple of months now and am very very happy with my decision. I have been using a small pea sized amount daily and like the way it makes my scalp feel. Not dry at all. I no longer have what I think was sebum- no more waxy bumps.

Now here is where it gets really interesting. I am fairly certain that I am getting some hair regrowth. Like a lot of you, I've spent some time staring at my hairline in the mirror. I have noticed some new hairs growing further down my hairline and in the crown area. It is pretty minimal, but I am pretty damn happy to see ANY hair returning to my head. I'm not sure if it is the product eliminating sebum, or blocking some DHT??? I'm 35 years old, and don't take anything else. And no- I'm not making this up.
