Minoxidil destroys hairline?
I have a question for y'all....I've been on minoxidil 15% for around 6-7 months, and I've noticed that my hair in general has just gotten significantly thinner while on the drug at the hairline. I have noticed that after I apply the minox, I pop out at least 4-6 hairs when I run my fingers through my hair, everytime. It seems like the minoxidil is really doing me more harm than good, and I have not noticed any thickening or any benefits from being on this crap. I have also read on misc. forums around the net that some people have actually destroyed their hairlines while using this drug.
What do you guys think about minoxidil on your hairlines? Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

My experience, I had been using Minoxidil (Target brand) for the longest time on the temple and the frontal areas. I didn't have problem with the vertex area. [AND I also knew, according to instructions, it was to be used in the vertex area. But I had used in the frontal and temple areas anyway.]

Before I had HT and before I went back on Finasteride, Minoxidil gave me peach fuzz hairs (fine little hairs). So, instead, it save the follicles instead of destroying them. Thus, in my opinion, NO WAY will Minoxidil destroy hairlines.
Just my opinion.

Minoxidil does not destroy anything.
The most of the people and myself have great results with Minoxidil. In my case for 8 years.
Finasteride is a complete different story.
This is my story after a fue hair transplant and minoxidil regimen:

Minoxidil works only if your DHT is on point, there is no point using any grade minoxidil if your not blocking the root cause to Hairloss.
