Bumped head 4days after FUT procedure

I bumped my head 4 days after having a 4000graft FUT. There was bleeding from the top of my head as you can see in the image, I did find one dislodged graft with hair in it inside my cap, I gently washed off the blood and dried it with a gauze, was not able to find any other grafts apart from the one sitting in my cap. How bad is the damage, please advice.
