    Thumbs up

The healing looks great. 1800 FUE grafts in one day is very impressive. Do you use a power tool like the Neograft or something else? Very nice pictures of the healing.

Is this a young patient? There is no way you can tell he is balding from the back?

The patient is 41, with significant temporal recession and thinning in the front. He asked that only photos from the back of his head be displayed.

My typical FUE cases are around 1000-1200 grafts per day, but this patient was motivated and progressing so well we were able to extend the day and accomplished a great deal. I have used various devices for Follicular extraction, and am most happy with the SAFE system, which utilizes a dull (rather than sharp) extraction device.

Default FUE donor area, one month post-op

I was asked to show an additional follow up photo to show how FUE patients continue to heal without any visible scarring.
The attached photo is of the same FUE patient (1800 grafts) one month after the procedure.
