Hair Transplant results questions

I had a hair transplant of 2806 grafts with Dr. Carlos Wesley in June 2018. 1 year later, I didn't like what I personally felt was a minor improvement. Before pictures are shared. I also shared pictures of what I currently have 2.5 yrs later.

Dr thought it was an improvement. I didn't feel it was much of one but whatever the case, I'm looking towards the future. He seems to have good reviews so maybe I just lucked out. He did offer a free mini-FUE surgery to cover the scar line 11 months ago (not sure yet if that went well. I'll check next month).

Looking to the future, knowing I got 2806 grafts done in June 2018, and a mini-FUE surgery to cover the scar line, is another transplant an option for me? I'm wondering if I'd get good results, or I'm just not a good responder to transplants, or if I may have just got continued natural hair loss in a short period.

If more hair transplants without finasteride and none-minimal minoxidil isn't a good idea, I'm willing to go bald. I know the point of doing an FUE mini surgery on the scar line is to allow for short haircuts in the back, but I'm wondering how short. Since I got an FUE mini surgery to cover the scar line, if I cut it all off to completely bald, will the scar line be too noticeable and look bad?

After doing some reading, I decided I'll likely experiment with a low dose of minoxidil and topical finasteride. 1ML of minoxidil liquid gave me puffy eyes & bad skin. So I may experiment with a tiny amount of minoxidil foam just to cover the area, and 0.025% topical finasteride once a day if I can find such a prescription (saw some research this dosage maximizes effectiveness while minimizing sides). Also, a laser cap whenever I can fit it in my schedule and rosemary oil in my shampoo.

I was offered a free FUE scar concealment after the FUT surgery. This is the result 1 year later. I'm guessing that's not a good result either. Any advice on what to do now? With thinning hair on top, only haircut that looks decent is when the side and back is bald. Bothers me that I may not even be able to bald gracefully in time with that on the back.
