Stressed out about hair fall and possible balding

Hi all,

I am a 24 y.o. male and I started losing more hair than usual (on the pillow, in the shower, and on my comb) in October 2021. In the summers of 2021, I got a bulged disc which caused extreme levels of stress and my diet was very poor in that timeframe as well (low fat and low protein). I went to a dermatologist in November who suggested I have MPB given my family history (dad is bald). Since the dermatologist only gave me a minute and suggested propecia and minoxidil straight away, I wanted to get a second opinion and went to a different dermatologist in December who thinks its not MPB. Now I am more confused than ever haha and hoping I can get some answers here. Attached below are recent pictures of my hairline, temples, and crown. Would love any and all suggestions!
