I‘m on topical fin since one month and on RU58841 + minox since 4 months and not sure I‘ve noticed any progress at all, probrably got worse even. Dermarolling 1,5 once a week too btw

You are right, some sources claim that this is almost the main problem. But I'm more worried about the anxiety than the hair loss that I've come to terms with. I found a helpful source with an essays on anxiety where I learned how common it is and how people all over the world live with it.. People who do not experience this often pretend the problem does not exist. Hope the OP was able to handle this.
