I got used to putting on my pink nurse's suit, ironing it before I left the house. I have several identical kits, which I change every day so that my clients will enjoy working with me. After all, being a nurse is so much more than a career. It's about working with people and helping those in need. I always want to be perceived as an intelligent and well-mannered woman who is pleasant to talk to and responsible for all aspects of her work, even her appearance and neatness. I like that people appreciate my efforts. -
