How many grafts still possible?

I have had 3 previous strip surgeries over 15years ago. First 2 surgeries I had in UK, both completely failed. I had some success with the 3rd surgery I had in Canada. I am now looking to get one more surgery.

Can anyone please help me with the following-

How many grafts are still possible from my donor area?
What is the better option for me FUT or FUE?
Shall I add body hair to scalp for more density?
Can anyone recommend any good surgeon's charging 3 euros or under?
