Serkan Aygin - recommended or not?

I see that Dr. Serkan has a lot of experience in the hair transplant field, and is considered to be one of the best doctors out there.
However, I heard that he is not that involved in the transplant operations, he has technicians that perform the operations for him.

So I am a little bit confused,
If he is not the one that performs the operation, how can I guarantee that I will get good results?

I am looking for a place where I know for sure that a well-trained doctor will be involved in the operation
